Best place to be at!! Good food, great staff, ambience awesome!!
I love their pizza 😋 …
One of the best pizzerias outside Alessandria, famous for the stuffed pizza crust 🤩 it's really good 🤤 even the desserts and the place itself is well furnished, very nice and special 🤗
We often go to eat pizza and farinata because they are delicious, here you feel at home, cleanliness, courtesy, and good value for money
Delicious, soft, tasty pizzas, delicious desserts, friendly and courteous staff, clean place furnished in industrial style.
Advised!
Last night (I hope there was a reason) the pizza was truly disgusting... rubbery and soft dough... also little availability, I asked for a small plate of grilled sausage for my son and they said no. What difference does it make to cook sausage instead of that disgusting wuster... (in another pizzeria it was kindly made for me) no bread but if you want I'll make you a focaccia instead of bread, and will you make me pay for it?!! What disappointment, I repeat let's disappear, was a coincidence. It has always been the N1 pizzeria.
It is one of my favorite pizzerias in the Alessandria area. Probably my favorite, for quality and choice. Honestly, I can never find defects, doughs and leavenings are always impeccable (traditional dough, cereal dough, wholemeal...) with fixed flavors and periodic innovations. Tastes, of course, are subjective, but I love the soft and elastic cornice. The quality of the raw materials is indisputable. There are also other dishes on the menu, but I love pizza so much that I have never had the chance to try them.
What a nice place!
Food: The pizza is nothing short of exceptional, there's nothing more to say about it. If you also want an appetizer, try the montanare...
Service: The service is excellent, the staff friendly, competent and fast. If you are in a hurry, you can get in and out in 40 minutes. Tables set in a basic way, with individual paper placemats, but it fits.
Environment: Youthful and very nice environment, well lit and furnished. The wasps on display and hanging here and there around the room are cute.
The only drawback: as it is always full even during the week, booking is essential. Unfortunately, if one is nearby by chance, it is not possible to stop by deciding to do so at the last moment, as it is also located in a place of passage.
Convenient and rather large parking, but if the place is full I'm not sure there will be room for everyone.
